Interface overview

The Main Window contains for group boxes. They are: COM PORT, TRANSMIT TYPE, FILE,
ADD:
1) You can select data source for STOREGIS in the COM PORT goupbox using:

- available data source pulldown menu.Options are: FILE (for a file) and COMxx

(COM-

ports, available on this PC);

- baud rate pulldown menu;

- SYNCHRO – synchronize baud rate button;

- «-/+» - file processing speed control buttons;

- Pause – pause file processing.

If FILE option is selected for a data source, the SYNCHRO button is replaced by the «-\+» and
Pause buttons;
2) You can data format in the TRANSMIT TYPE group box:

- NMEA – data are NMEA sentences;

The START/STOP button starts/stops data processing.

Note

 – NMEA is the only available data format now.

3) The FILE groupbox contains information about the size of processed data in

kB

, port errors (

Port

err)

and protocol errors (

Prot err)

. You can specify a name for an input/output file by clicking the

button with a filename (defaults to “rgfile”) on it;
4) The ADD goupbox contains checkboxes which activate additional windows:

- Position

 – the POSITION window (sec.3.3)– current position information;

-

 Statistic

 – the STATISTIC window (sec.3.4)– position statistics;

  -

Kinematic

 – the KINEMATIC window (sec.3.5)– speed and heading information;

-

 Visual

 – the VISUAL window (sec.3.6)– position graphical chart;

- Profile

 – the PROFILE window(sec.3.7)– height profile.

The Main Window titlebar displays information about a receiver STOREGIS is connected to.
STOREGIS progress messages are also displayed in the titlebar.
