Where the subnet mask is 255 the IP address values have to match the camera.
For cameras with 172.21.10.x IP Address:
Usually an IP address of 172.21.10.1 is OK for the NIC.
With a subnet mask of 255.255.0.0
For cameras with 192.254.127.x IP Address:
Usually an IP address of 192.254.127.1 is OK for the NIC.
With a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0
