Place the push stick (18) on the bracket (17) on the 

right side.

• 

Double check whether the saw blade (7) is correctly 

mounted, there is no play and that it does not rub on 

other saw elements by gently spinning it with your 

hand. Make sure that the saw rotation direction is 

in accordance with the rotation direction shown on 

the saw blade.

• 

Always make sure that the saw blade and the 

splitting wedge are in the same plane and that the 

wedge edge is at the right distance (3-5 mm) away 

from the saw blade teeth.

• 

Remove the device from the box and unwrap 

protective films.

• 

Set the circular saw with the work table (6) on the 

bottom.

• 

Assemble to saw stand:

a) 

Screw the legs (19) to the openings in the saw 

housing.

BEFORE FIRST USE

Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for 

integrity and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please 

contact your trans¬port company and distributor within 3 

days, and document the damages as detailed as possible. 

Do not turn the package upside down! When transporting 

the package, please ensure that it is kept horizontal and 

stable. Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, 

plastic tapes and styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, 

the device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate 

condition. 

DISPOSING OF PACKAGING 

The various items used for packaging (cardboard, plastic 

straps, polyurethane foam) should be conserved, so that 

the device can be sent back to the service center in best 

conditions in case of problem! 

INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE 

Appliance location 

The work surface where the device will be located must be 

suitable for the size of the appliance, please refer to the 

measure¬ments. The work surface must be levelled, dry, 

heat-resistant and at a fitting height from the ground to 

enable a proper use of the de¬vice. 

The power cord connected with the appliance must be 

properly grounded and correspond to the technical details.

Preparing for use

Model C-SAW210

• 

Remove the device from the box and unwrap 

protective films. 

• 

Use knob (12) to extract saw blade with the splitting 

wedge.

• 

Mount blade guard (6) by attaching it to the splitting 

wedge (5) using a bolt in the guard. 

b) 

Press the rubber pads (20) into the bottom of 

the legs (19).

c) 

Screw together the legs (19), top bars (18) and 

bottom bars (21) using bolts (included). 

d) 

Attach supports (22) to the rear legs (19), see 

diagram below.

• 

Attach additional work surfaces (5) and (11) as shown 

on the diagram below. To mount the work-surface (5) 

use longer supports than those for work-surface (11).
