Status Bit Description
0 (lsb) The assembled SDRAM size as read from the port C configuration pins 30
and 31 is not supported.
1 The SDRAM size determined by probing differs from the SDRAM size
reported by the configuration pins.
4...30 Memory pattern test failed. The index of the long-WORD which failed the test
is stored in bits 4...30 (i.e. shifted by four), beginning with 1 for the first
address.
31 Fatal error during test execution
