SmartSELECT Merchant Operating Manual v 2.0
System Problem
Retrying
The Moneris Host has requested that the Smart-
SELECT retry the transaction. The SmartSE-
LECT sends the same transaction request
automatically. Please wait. The terminal will dis-
play the status of the retry once it is complete.
Under the Host Response
message:
> Cancel
> Retry
The customer has entered incorrect data on the
PINPad.
• Select
Cancel
to stop the transaction and
return the terminal and the PINPad to the Idle
screen.
OR
• Select
Retry
to allow the customer to re-enter
the data and continue the transaction. The
PINPad prompts the customer for the data
again.
