7 SETTINGS FOR THE C24
7.1 Adding the C24 to Projects
[Setting purpose]
Add the C24 to projects with GX Works2 to perform various settings.
[Startup procedure]
Display the "New Module" screen.
Project window [Intelligent Function Module] Right click [New Module]

Item name Settings
Module Type Set "Serial Communication".
Module Selection
Module Name
Select the module model name to connect.
(Example: LJ71C24)
Mounted Slot No.
Set the slot No. where the module is
connected.
Mount Position
Specify start XY
address
The start I/O signal (hexadecimal) of the
target module corresponding to the mounted
slot No. is set. It can be set arbitrarily.
Title Setting Title Enter any title.
