3) First, connect the

6 RETURN air hose (black) to the R port (quick coupling) of the solenoid valve set.
Then, connect the
φ
6 AIR IN air hose (white) to the P port (quick coupling) of the solenoid valve set.
When using the robot in oil mist environments, the inside of the robot arm can be
pressurized to ensure the robot reliably meets IP54 beyond the warranty period.
Instead of connecting the
φ
6 RETURN air hose to the solenoid valve, it can be
used for supplying dry air to pressurize the robot. For further information on using
the robot in oil-mist environments, refer to the section "Protection specifications" in
the Standard Specifications Manual.
4) Use the provided M4 × 30 screws (2 pcs.) to secure the solenoid valve set to the bracket on robot.
5) Connect the robot's
φ
4 air hoses (×4) to the A and B ports on the solenoid valve set.
