*3-2-21 Call Transfer 

Function Introduction 

A call during conversation can be transferred to an any extension. 

 
Operation Instruction

 

After conversation established, Flash Hookswitch (or press “ 

FLASH

” key), and hold the incoming call 

(hearing holding music.), Then dial the desired extension number, on-hook when hearing the tone. (Thus, 
the incoming call is transferred to the called extension) .

 

 
Note

   

※

 If a calling extension is set for outside line status on Off-hook, users must add “#”before called 

extension number whiling transfer the incoming call at the calling extension. 
 

※

  The duration to flash Hookswitch should not too long and too short.    If the time is too long, the incoming 

call can not rout to extension B. If the time is too short the function can not be effective. The Flash time 
should be from 90ms to 700ms. 

 

 

3-2-22 Day and Night Service 

Function Introduction 

In order to manage extension at different duration, users can set day/night service according their 
requirement. Also set calls to be picked up by Operator or Auto-attendance.
