twice and cursor shifts to waiting time for dialing IP card number then
input the time. Thus, complete the first IP group operation. If want to input another group IP card number,
press “TRFR” key again. Then you can begin to set another group IP, and so on. When finish inputting,
press “HOLD” key and exit item No. 03. After input item No. 07 code, input relative code to open IP
function, then input “HOLD” key and exit item No. 07. Input item No.30 or 31 code, then input the relative
area code where can open IP function without inputting “00” or “0”. Then press “TRFR” key and cursor
shifts to unit price column, then input “#” to open IP function, input “TRFR” key once means finish opening
IP function. If want to open other area, press “TRFR” key and cursor shifts to unit price column, then input
“#” to open IP function, and so on. Open IP function for other extensions, if want to open all of area,
should input “***” before area code. Finish inputting, press “ HOLD” key once and press “ CLEAR ” key
once , then exit.
For example: Setting one group IP 17909 without card number and password to open long distance call.
On hook-on status, press “ CHECK” key three times – 1234567-03-00- press “ TRFR” key – 17909*-press
“HOLD” key – 07-01001- press “HOLD” key-press “CLEAR” key – exit.

Function Introduction
Users can handle daily call more efficiently by the function. For instance : users can set a group telephone
number used very frequently as a certain abbreviation code in order to save time.
Default Setting
NIL
Notice:
* The function is set at System Program 03.
* System can set 50 group public abbreviation code and every code can be 20 digits at most (1 digit for
dialing-out code and 19 digits for telephone number.)
* Abbreviation dialing for one outside line doesn’t exist with built-in IP function.
* Must add “9” before abbreviation code + telephone number. In virtual net, “9” + dialing-out code before
abbreviation code + telephone number.
Program Procedure
Operation at key phone
On hook-on status, press “CHECK” three times and input password “1234567”, input item code “03” after
hearing “du” identification tone, then input purpose serial number of abbreviation code XX. ( XX
represents coder serial number from 00 to 49), then press “ TRFR” key once , cursor shifts to program
status column and input 9X ( X represents outside number.) . when finishing inputting, that means
finishing program change. If want to revise other abbreviation code, press “TRFR” key once and cursor
shifts to abbreviation code serial number status, then input abbreviation code serial number XX and
repeat the above procedure. After confirm , press “ HOLD” key once and exit from item No. 03
automatically. If still want to program other item, only input item number code after hearing “du”
