Program procedure
Operation at key phone
On hook-on status, press “CHECK” three times and input password “1234567”, input item code “20” after
hearing “du” identification tone, then input password group No.. Press “ TRFR” key once , cursor shifts to
password column and input 6 digits password. Then press “ TRFR” key once, cursor shifts to service class
column and input class number. Class number is from 1 to 6. Press “TRFR” key once and cursor shifts to
outside line authority class, and the type of authority class is from 1 to 4. Press “TRFR” key once and
cursor shifts to another group setting, if want to set another accompany password , should repeat the
above procedure. After confirm , press “ HOLD” key once and exit from item No. 20 automatically. If still
want to program other item , only input item number code after hearing “du” identification tone .
Otherwise, press “CLEAR” key once and exit from system or hook on or off to exit from system.
For example: set one group of accompany password as 888888 , which is available for
domestic long distance call.

Key –2- Press “ TRFR” key –1- Press “ HOLD” key - Press “ CLEAR” key and exit.

On hook-off status, press “##787” and input password “1234567”, input item code “20” after hearing
“du” identification tone, then input password group No., press “* ” key once , cursor shifts to password
column and input 6 digits password. Then press “* ” key once, cursor shifts to service class column and
input class number . Class number is from 1 to 6. Press “*” key once and cursor shifts to outside line
authority class column, and the authority class is from 1 to 4. Press “*” key once and cursor shifts to
another group setting, if want to set another accompany password , should repeat the above procedure.
After confirm , press “ #” key once and exit from item No. 20 automatically. If still want to program other
item , only input purpose item No. . Otherwise, hook on to exit.
For example: set one group of accompany password as 888888, which is available for domestic
long distance call.
On hook-on status, press “##787”–1234567-20-001-Press “*” key – 888888-Press “ *”
Key –2- Press “ *” key –1- Press “ #” key – hook on to exit.

When an employee dial in at outside of company, our system can help him/her dial out with Trunk-to-Trunk
transfer Password by a Trunk line. System can assign an certain deposit and class of service for the
Trunk-to-Trunk password to be available for international and domestic long distance call . And the call
charge is counted on the password .
