Charge & Program Software 

This software can be used for system status monitoring, system programming and SMDR statistics. 
Trunk Line and extension status can be monitored lively in system monitoring mode. 
Extension numbers, classes of service and account codes can be set and changed in system programming 
mode. 
SMDR statistics function records the date, the conversation duration, outside call number, charge amount 
of the SMDR records made by extensions, Account codes and Trunk-to-Trunk passwords.

Note: 

 

When dialing purpose extension, users hear busy tone or extension cannot ring. Then users 
check relative program. 

 

If “0” is set for sub-item No.4 of system program No. 23, the status of hooking- off is internal 
line tone. (that is to say to press “9” to dial out.); If “1” is set for sub-item No.4 of system 
program No. 23, the status of Off-hook is external line tone. (that is to say to dial out directly.); 
when outputting, default setting is “0” for the item. 

 

The first sub-item of system program No. 07 can be set for fully flexible numbering. If setting 
“0” for the item, 

 

The extension status is not fully flexible numbering . ( in status of not fully flexible numbering, 
the extension leading number only should be 2, 3, 8), If setting “1” for the item, the extension 
status is fully flexible numbering . ( in status of fully flexible numbering, the extension leading 
number can be 1-8. )   

 

The operation introduced in the manual is only for single line phone. For key phone , please 
refer to key phone operation manual.
