Operation at single line phone
On hook-off status, press “##787”and input system password “1234567”, input item code “03” after hearing
“du” identification tone, then input purpose serial number of abbreviation code XX. ( XX represents for coder
serial number from 00 to 49), then press “* ” key once , cursor shifts to program status column and input 9X ( X
represents for outside number.) When finishing inputting, that means finishing program change. If want to revise
other abbreviation code, press

*” key once and cursor shifts to abbreviation code serial number status, then
input abbreviation code serial number XX and repeat the above procedure. After confirm , press “ #” key once
and exit item No. 03 automatically. If still want to program other item , only input purpose item number code ,
otherwise hook on to exit from system.

Function Introduction
Accompany password also is personal password. Can assign password class and deposit number for
authority of local call, domestic call and international call at any extension of the system. And call charge
can be counted under the password.

The function only can be set at System Program 20.
* 001-XXXXXX-1-1 meaning:
“001” stands for the first group of accompany password, XXXXXX stands for 6 digits accompany password.
The third column“1”stands for service class, more detail class type and description , please refer to System
Program 14 and the forth column “1” stands for outside line selection authority. If set forth column as “1”
that stands for port No. 125 of item No. 13 to dial out. “2”stands for port No. 126 of item No. 13 to dial out.
“3”stands for port No. 127 of item No. 13 to dial out. “4”stands for port No. 128 of item No. 13 to dial out.

Only can set 255 group accompany passwords at most and every group password consists of 6 digits.
* Set deposit for accompany password at System Program 36. Deposit operation is to add “ *” before group
number.
* To set accompany password, press “ #**” + accompany pa dialing-out code + outside line
number at any extension.
