“10030” is function column and every digit stands for different function.
The first digit stands for use status of Trunk line port__ “0” stands for the Trunk line port is not used.
“1” stands for the Trunk line port is used. “2” stands for the Trunk line port is used with Caller ID.
The second digit stands for Caller ID Delay Time __ “0”stands for 3 seconds. “1” stands for 5 seconds and
“ 2” stands for 10 seconds.
The third digit stands for auto-attendant status. __ “0” stands for restricting auto-attendant, “1” stands for
opening auto-attendant.
The forth digit stands for the time to use auto-attendant status_ “0” stands for restricting auto-attendant,
“1” stands for opening auto-attendant at daytime, “2” stands for opening auto-attendant at nighttime, “3”
stands for opening auto-attendant at all day.
* There are four fixed built-in duration outgoing message in auto-attendant board, users also can record
the outgoing message according their requirement. And users must record at extension port No. 001. The
first duration is played back when outside line calls in. And the recording instruction is “##7891# ”. After
finishing recording, can play the recorded message. The playing instruction is “ ##7801# ”. If user can not
satisfied with the playing message, can record again and system can delete the previous message
automatically. The recording time is 20 seconds. The second duration is played back when extension is busy.
And the recording instruction is “##7892# ” and playing instruction “ ##7802# ”. The recording time is 10
seconds. The third duration is played back when nobody answer. And the recording instruction is
“##7893# ” and playing instruction “ ##7803# ”. The recording time is 10 seconds. The forth duration is
played back when the extension number doesn’t exist. And the recording instruction is “##7894# ” and
playing instruction “ ##7804# ”. The recording time is 10 seconds.
* Set the forth digit of System Program 07 to decide whether users choose built-in message or record by
themselves . Set the digit as “0” to choose built-in message, “1” to choose to record the message by
themselves. The default is set “0” for the digit.
* When outside lines call in and system plays the message, system will route to operator assistance or play
the four outgoing message if the outside line party dials over time or it is non-effective for the outside line
parts to dial extension number. And set the first digit of System Program05 to decide whether system will
route to operator assistance or play the outgoing message
- “0” stands for routing to play outgoing message, “1” stands for routing to operator assistance.

System will play the forth duration once if users dial wrong extension number during playing the first
duration outgoing message. If the outside line party doesn’t dial or dials over time or it is non-effective
to dial extension number after finishing playing outgoing message, the outside line will be released.

In “ playing message” mode, if it is non-effective for users to dial extension number after finishing
playing the second and third duration of outgoing message, the outside line will be released.

In “operator assistance” mode, if the outside line party doesn’t dial extension number or it is
non-effective for the outside line party to dial extension number after finishing playing outgoing
message, system will transfer to operator assistance. The default status is in “ playing message” mode.
