For example: Only the first 8 outside lines can dial out at extension 8001 of extension port No.
001 at daytime. All outside lines can not rout out at any extension. System can switch between
daytime and nighttime automatically. The daytime is from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Other time is set
for nighttime.
Hook off, input “##787” - input system password “1234567”-09-001- press “*” key-11111111- press
“ # ” key-10- ***-press “*” key-00000000- press “ #” key - Hook on and exit.
Because working time duration is set only at key phone and 3S soft, input time duration switching
instruction at extension port No. 001: Input “##781#” for daytime, input “##782#” for nighttime.
2-6-26 Ringing Delay
Function Introduction
When there is an incoming call, system can appoint several extension to ring together. But only one
extension rings first, after a certain time, second extension rings. Then third extension rings and so on.
Default Setting
*** – 00000000
System restricts the function for all extensions.
Notice
* The function is set at System Program 13 and used with outside lines call in together.( set at System
Program 11 and 12). If one extension is not set to ring, the function is non-effective.

“***”
represents all extensions.
* “ ***-1-00000000” stands for: “***”- stands for all extensions, “1”- stands for the first group of outside
line. There only can be displayed 8 outside line telephone number once at key phone.
“00000000” –all extensions is restricted to ring. Every “0” of “00000000” means the function is restricted,
and “1” means the function is opened. The first “ 1” stands for the first outside line, the second “2” stands
for the second outside line and so on.
* The delay time is set at sub-item No. 3 of System Program 04. The second digit of 00401 means : “1” –
delay 5seconds.
“2” – delay 10 seconds. “3” – delay 15 seconds. “4” – delay 20 seconds. So the default delay time is 20
seconds. And every cycle is 5 seconds.
* The function is non-effective if auto-attendant is set.
Program Procedure
Operation at key phone
On hook-on status,
press “CHECK” key three times and input system password “1234567”. Then input
purpose System Program13 and input purpose port No. after hear “du” identification tone. Then press
“TRFR” key once and cursor shifts to function
column and input relative digit for the function. If want to set
other special extension to dial out , Then press “TRFR” key once and cursor shifts to extension port No.,
and
repeat the above procedure. After confirm, press “ HOLD” key once and exit from System Program13
automatically. If still program other system item, input purpose item No. . Otherwise, press “CLEAR” key
