* The function instruction is set at the forth digit at System Program 23. Because there are several function
instruction set at the system item, don’t change other non-relative digit. Otherwise, will effect other
function to be implemented. The biggest trouble cause the do-not-disturb is non-effective.
* “ *** ” represents all extensions.
* The forth digit of System Program 23–02000 stands for: “0” – in extension line status,“1” –in outside line
status. In extension line status, dial extension line directly and must press dialing-out code to call out. In
outside line status, must input “#” before extension number to dial internal line and dial out directly, that
is named “ dialing out directly”.
* Operation Instruction:
In extension line status: dialing extension number directly, must press dialing-out code to call out .the
default dialing-out code is “9”.If system set multi dialing-out mode ( Referring to route outside line
parameter setting for multi-mode. )
For outside line status : Input “#” before extension number to make inner calls. Dial out directly.
Program Process
Operation at key phone
On hook-on status, press “CHECK” key three times and input system password “1234567”. Then input
purpose System Program23 and input purpose port No. to after hear “du” identification tone. Then press
“TRFR” key once and cursor shifts to function
column and input relative digit for the function. If want to set
dialing-out directly for other extensions, then press “TRFR” key and cursor shifts to extension port No.,
and
repeat the above procedure. After confirm, press “ HOLD” key once and exit from System Program23
automatically. If still program other system item, input purpose item No. . Otherwise, press “CLEAR” key
once and exit from system or hook on or off to exit.
For example: Set extension number 8001 at extension port No. 001 to dial out directly .
On hook-on status, press “CHECK” key three times and input system password “1234567”-23-001- press
“TRFR” key-02010- press “ HOLD” key- press “CLEAR” key and exit from system.

Hook off, input“ ##787 ” and input system password “1234567”. Then input purpose System Program23
and input purpose port No. after hear “du” identification tone. Then press “*” key and cursor shifts to
function
column and input relative digit for the function. If want to set dialing-out directly for other
extensions, then press “*” key once and cursor shifts to extension port No.,
and repeat the above procedure.
After confirm, press “ #” key once and exit from System Program23 automatically. If still program other
system item, input purpose item No. . otherwise, hook on to exit.
