by the manufacturer. When using the air compressor as an

Maintain the product with care. Follow maintenance
instructions. Properly maintained products are easier to control.
Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage
of parts, and any other condition that may a

operation. If the product is damaged, have it serviced before
using. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained
products.
Keep the exterior of the product dry, clean, and free from oil
and grease. Use a clean cloth when cleaning. Never use brake

personal injury, remove the battery pack from the product
when assembling parts.
Remove the battery pack before starting any work on the

Do not dispose of used battery packs in the household refuse

Do not store the battery pack together with metal objects (short
circuit risk).
Use only M18 System chargers for charging M18 System
battery packs. Do not use battery packs from other systems.
Never break open battery packs and chargers, and store them
only in dry rooms. Keep battery packs and chargers dry at all
times.
Battery acid may leak from damaged batteries under extreme
load or extreme temperatures. In case of contact with battery
acid, wash it o
ff
immediately with soap and water. In case
of eye contact, rinse thoroughly for at least 10 minutes and
immediately seek medical attention.
