Temperature Versus Pressure Curve Mercap Level Probe

In this situation, as the temperature reaches 75

°

C (167

°

F) the maximum pressure must be

derated. As the temperature reaches 200

°

C (392

°

F) the maximum pressure is limited to 50 bar

(725 psi). This curve is typical for water only, for other, more aggressive chemicals the
derating curve will be more severe.

Note

: For high temperature and pressure ratings for the Enamel probe, please

contact your Siemens Milltronics representative.
