Problem solving guide
With the help of the following guide, minor faults in the performance of the
appliance that can occur in daily operation can easily be remedied without
contacting Miele. Please note that a call-out charge will be applied to unnecessary
service visits where the problem could have been rectified as described in this

The following guide should help you to find the reason for a fault and to correct it.
Please note:
Unauthorised or incorrect repairs could be dangerous and cause injury or
damage to the appliance.
Repair work to electrical appliances must only be carried out by a suitably
qualified technician in strict accordance with current local and national safety
regulations.
