Problem Possible cause Remedy
The dishes are not
clean. The dishes were not
loaded correctly. Dishes
were placed inside other
pieces, water could not
access all surfaces. See "Loading the
machine".
The programme was not
powerful enough. Select a more powerful
programme, see
"Programme chart".
Not enough cleaning
agent was dispensed. Use more cleaning agent,
see "Programming special
functions".
Tall items are blocking the
path of the spray arms. Rearrange the items so
that the spray arms can
rotate freely. Rearrange
the crockery.
The spray arm jets are
blocked. Clean the spray arms, see
"Cleaning and Care".
The filters in the base of
the wash cabinet are not
clean or are not correctly
fitted.
This may cause the spray
arm jets to get blocked. Clean and/or replace the
filters correctly. Clean the
spray arm jets, see
"Cleaning and Care".
The non-return valve is
open and blocked. Dirty
water has flowed back
into the wash cabinet. Clean the drain pump and
the non-return valve, see
"Cleaning the drain pump
and non-return valve".
Dishes, cutlery and
glasses are not dry or
are flecked. The rinsing agent amount
may be insufficient or the
rinsing agent reservoir
empty. Increase the dosage or
replenish the reservoir,
see "Programming special
functions".
