Cleaning the Sensors

1. Push the Release button to open the ADF cover as shown in the graph below.

2. When the ADF cover is opened, you can find four sets of sensors (Ultrasonic

Double-feed sensors, I/O sensors, and Tray sensors) locating at the inner

sides of the scanner. Then, clean the sensors with a dust blower, as shown in

the graphic below.
