Starting the motor
1. Turn the fuel tap to the position "ON".
2. Push the choke lever to the position “Choke“.
Note:
Do not use the choke either when the motor is warm or when the ambient temperature is high.
3. Start the motor.
• Set the motor switch to “Ein“.
• Pull the starter handle gently until resi-
stance is felt, then pull the handle hard.
CAUTION
Do not allow the starter handle to spring
back against the motor. To avoid
damaging the starter, guide the handle
carefully back into its place.
