The following commands are for use with keypad controller GE (Kalatel KTD-405) protocol.

Notes:
(a). +Preset: press the PRESET key once, for example:
<Begin auto scan> press number key 99 then press the PRESET key
(b). +Set Preset: press and hold the PRESET key for 2 seconds, for example:
<Open menu screen> press number key 95 then press and hold the PRESET key
for 2 seconds
(c). Different keypad controllers may have different preset button combinations. Please
refer to the instruction manual for key combinations; the above example is the
standard setup for controller PELCO P/ PELCO D (MESSOA-P/MESSOA-D).
