Try to start the vehicle.

If the SmartKey is still not detected, place it in the marked space for starting with the SmartKey (

Key Not Detected

* The SmartKey can no longer be detected during a journey and may no longer be in the vehicle.
If the SmartKey is no longer in the vehicle and you switch off the vehicle:

You can no longer start the vehicle.
R
You cannot centrally lock the vehicle.

Ensure that the SmartKey is in the vehicle.
If the SmartKey is in the vehicle and is still not detected:
#
Pull over and stop the vehicle safely as soon as possible, paying attention to road and traffic conditions.
#
Place the SmartKey in the marked space for starting the engine with the SmartKey (
/
page 195).
