7. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE OF ORPHOS Fi8:
After completed the previous step– PREPARING THE INSTALLATION:
• FOLLOW the instructions according to below;and
• FOLLOW all the Safety Recommendations described in the Chapter 3 this
Installation Handbook.
7.1 PROCEDURE TO ORPHOS WITHOUT THE EXTENSIVE BASE SET (44):
7.1.1 INSTALLATION OF C-TOOGLE NYLON ANCHOR (38):
1. PLAN all tasks of installation;
2. DEFINE the position of the ORPHOS installation;
3. MARK the center line L1 of the targa or the roof (top) with a pencil or
fine point pen (figure 16);
4. POSITION the longitudinal center line L2 of the Bracket Bolted Set (35)
on the center line of the targa, according to figure 16;
5. DEFINE the position (dimension a ) of the Bracket Bolted Set (35),
which will be fixed on the targa or roof (top) of the boat (figure 17);
6. COPY the position of the central hole B of the Bracket Bolted Set (35),
on the targa, marking with a pencil or fine point pen, as shown in figure 17;
7. REMOVE momentarily of the Bracket Bolted Set (35) on the targa;
