A. Outlet Shroud Removal
(Ref. Figure 404)
(1). Remove Access Panel T155 (ref. Section
53-30-00).
(2). Remove band clamp (2).
(3). Disconnect duct (3) from outlet shroud
(1).
(4). Remove nuts (19) (if installed), washers
(18), and screws (17).
(5). Remove screws (23) and washers (24).
(6). Remove outlet shroud (1) and gasket
(11).
B. Outlet Shroud Installation
(Ref. Figure 404)
Consumable Materials
(Ref. CSP − SPM)
Item Nomenclature
C205 Sealing Compound
(1). Install gasket (11), outlet shroud (1),
washers (24), and screws (23).
(a). Torque screws (23) 20 to 25 in-lb
(2.26 to 2.82 Nm) .
(2). Connect duct (3) to outlet shroud (1).
(3). Install band clamp (2).
(4). Install washers (18), screws (17), and
nuts (19) (if installed).
NOTE:
If the rotorcraft uses nuts (19), install
screws (17) with heads on aft side of outlet
shroud (1).
(a). Torque nuts (19) or screws (17) 20 to
25 in-lb (2.26 to 2.82 Nm) .
Sealing Compound (C205)
(5). Apply sealing compound (C205) to
mating surfaces, washers (24), and
screws (23).
(6). Install Access Panel T155 (ref. Section
53-30-00).
6. Evaporator Assembly (EARLY CONFIG)
A. Evaporator Removal

(1). Evacuate AC system (ref. Section
12-00-00).
