8.4.
Remote Control Software Superuser Password
The menu items of the 'Expert' menus can only be accessed after a Superuser Password
has been entered. This Superuser Password is defined when you first use the remote
control software on your C for the first time. The Superuser Password can be any row of
characters.
If you no longer know the Superuser Password, it is easy to find it out. It is stored in the
registry under:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Mayah Communications \ Centauri Remote \
SuperUserPassword.
Switch off Superuser Password Protection
You can switch off the protection provided by the Superuser Password.

Select
EXPERT
OPTIONS
. The following dialog window then appears:

Click on the control box beside “Enable Super User Password Dialog”, so that
no
tick
can be seen there.

To make the setting effective, click “OK”.
The password protection is now switched off.
