ing the lid and the steam baskets. Slowly lift the lid to
release steam, hold the lid above the steam Basket for
the condensate to flow down from the lid.

cookware with a long handle.
• Remember that water inside the water tank can be hot
when all the other components of the unit are cooled
down.
• Do not use the unit if the tray, the steam baskets and
the lid are not installed.

put meat, chicken or fish in the lower basket in order
liquid does not drain on the other products in the other
steam Basket.
• Put fresh or dried herbs to the drip tray (6 for adding
more flavors to the products.
Choose herbs to your taste: thyme, cilantro, basil, dill,
carry and tarragon, garlic, caraway, horseradish – are
just a few known herbs. You can combine herbs to add
new flavor to products. When using fresh herbs you
should cut them and increase the total amount twice or
thrice (compared with dries herbs).

• Place eggs in the deepening on the bottom of the
steam basket (4) and cover it with the lid (1).

without removing the steam baskets.

USEFUL HINTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

• Food cooking time indicated in the Tables is consid-
ered only for reference purposes it may differ due to
size of pieces, amount of products and personal taste.
As far as you manage the food steamer you can select
the desired products cooking time.
• One layer of products is cooked quicker than several
layers, that’s why it is necessary to increase the cook-
ing time according to the amount of products.
• In order to achieve the best result, make sure that the
pieces of products are of equal size; place the thicker
pieces closer to the edges of the steam basket.
• Do not fill the steam basket completely – keep space
for steam.
• When cooking a large amount of products it is neces-
sary to stir them periodically. Be especially careful and
use the pot holders to protect hands from steam and
use cookware with long handles.
• Do not add salt and spices directly to the products
when cooking.
• Liquid accumulating in the tray (6) is excellently suit-

able for soup cooking or can be used as bouillon. But
be more careful – it is very hot.
• Use only completely defrosted products.

When using three steam baskets simultaneously:

- Always put the largest pieces of products in the lower
basket.
-  Condensate forming on the upper basket will drain to
the lower basket that’s why make sure that the flavors of
products to be cooked are compatible.
-  When cooking meat, chicken and vegetables always
put meat in the lower basket to avoid the red meat juice
getting into other products.
- Cooking time of products in the upper basket is usu-
ally longer by 5 minutes.
-  When cooking products with different cooking time,
put the products that are cooked longer to the lower
Basket.
When the products in the upper basket are cooked, you
can remove it and close the lower basket with the lid
and continue cooking products in this basket.

1 part of vinegar to 3 parts of water, till the МАХ mark.
