ЎЗБЕК 

oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini tayyorlash vaqtini mahsulotlarning 
hajmiga qarab oshirish lozim. 
•Yaxshiroq natijasiga erishish uchun oziq-ovqat 
mahsulotlarining bo’lakchalari bir xil kattalikda bo’lishiga 
harakat qiling, pomeщayte bolee tolstыe kusochki blije k 
krayam parovoy chashi.
• Bug’li idishni ortiqcha to’latib yubormang - bug’ning o’tishi 
uchun bo’sh joy qoldiring.
• Oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarining katta hajmini tayyorlashda 
ularni vaqt-vaqti bilan aralashtirish lozim, bunda juda ham 
ehtiyot bo’lish kerak, qo’llaringizni issiq bug’dan himoya 
qilish uchun oshxona sochiqlaridan yoki qo’lqoplaridan 
foydalaning hamda uzun dastali oshxona anjomlaridan 
foydalaning.
• Oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini tayyorlash paytida ularga tuz 
yoki ziravorlar qo’shish tavsiya etilmaydi.
• Taglik  (6) ichida yig’ilgan suyuqlik sho’rvalarni tayyorlash 
uchun a’lo ravishda mos kleadi va bul’on sifatida ishlatilishi 
mumkin. Lekin undan foydalanganda ehtiyot bo’ling: u juda 
issiq bo’ladi.
• Doimo faqat to’liq eritilgan mahsulotlardan foydalaning.

Bir vaqtning o’zida ikkita bug’li idishdan foydalanish 
paytida:
- Doimo eng yirik mahsulot bo’lakchalarini pastki bug’da 
pishirish  uchun idishning ichiga soling.
-  Yuqoridagi bug’li idishning ichida hosil bo’ladigan kondensat 
tagidagi bug’li idishning ichiga oqib tushadi, shuning uchun 
tayyorlanayotgan oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarining ta’mi  bir-
biriga mos bo’lishiga ishonch hosil qiling.
- Go’sht, tovuq va sabzavotlarni tayyorlaganda doimo 
go’shtni tagidagi  bug’li idishga solish kerak, shunda xom 
go’shtning suvi sabzavotlarga oqib ketmaydi.
- Ustki bug’li idishda oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini tayyorlash 
vaqti odatda 5 minut uzoqroq davom etadi.
- Siz turli vaqt ichida tayyor bo’ladigan oziq-ovqat 
mahsulotlarini tayyorlaganda, tagidagi bug’li idishga eng 
uzoq tayyorlanadigan oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini soling. 
Ustki bug’li idishda oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari tayyor bo’lgan  
paytida siz shu idishni olib qo’yishingiz mumkin, tagidagi 
bug’li idishning ustini esa buyumning qopqog’i bilan yopib, 
oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini tayyorlashni davom ettirishingiz 
mumkin.

BUG’DA TAYYORLASH MOSLAMASINI TOZALASH

• Bug’da tayyorlash moslamasini tozalashdan avval 
o’chiring, uni elektr tarmog’idan o’chiring va uning to’liq 
sovishini kutib turing.
• Bug’da tayyorlash moslamasining tarmoq simini, tarmoq 
vilkasini va korpusini suvga botirish taqiqlanadi.
• Bug’da tayyorlash moslamasining bug’li idishlarini, 
taglikni, ustki qopqog’ini va korpusini tozalash paytida 
abraziv tozalash vositalaridan foydalanmang.
• Bug’da tayyorlash moslamasining bug’li idishlarini, 
gruch tayyorlash uchun idishni, taglikni v buyumning ustki 
qopqog’ini idish yuvish uchun vositasi bilan iliq suvda 
yuvish tavsiya etiladi, yechib olinadigan anjomlarni yuvish 
uchun idish yuvish mashinasidan foydalanmang.
• Bug’da tayyorlash moslamasining korpusini nam mato 
bilan arting.
• Bug’li idishlarni muntazam yuvib turing.

QUYQANI TOZALASH

Bug’da tayyorlash moslamasidan foydalanish paytida isitish 
elementining ustida quyqa hosil bo’lishi mumkin, bu tabiiy 
jarayon bo’lib, ishlatiladigan suvning tuzliligi darajasiga 
bog’liq bo’ladi. Bug’da tayyorlash moslamasining normal 
ishlashi uchun isitish elementidan ushbu quyqani muntazam 
tozalab turish lozim.
• Suv uchun idishni suvning maksimal sathi darajasigacha 
oshxona sirkasining 1 qismi suvning 3 qismiga nisbatidagi 
sirka eritmasi bilan to’ldiring.

MUHIM:

 quyqani ketkazish uchun kimyoviy vositalardan 

foydalanmang.
• Taglikni (6), bitta bug’da pishirish uchun idishni (3 yoki 4) 
bug’da pishirish  uchun moslamaning ustiga o’rnating, ustini 
qopqoq (1) bilan yoping va bug’da pishirish moslamasini 
5-10 daqiqaa yoqing. 
• Taymerning vaqti tugaganda Bug’da tayyorlash 
moslamasini tarmoqdan o’chiring va uning to’liq sovishini 
kutib turing, keyin sirka eritmasini to’kib tashlang.
• Suv uchun idishni salqin suv bilan yuving, suvni yana 
bir marta quying, taglikni (6), bitta bug’li idishni (3 yoki 4) 
o’rnating, uni buyumning qopqog’i bilan yoping (1), Bug’da 
tayyorlash moslamasini yoqing va taymerni 5 minutga 
o’rnating.
• Bug’da tayyorlash moslamasini o’chiring, uning to’iq 
sovishini kutib turing, suvini to’kib tashlang, buyumning 
korpusi, bug’li idishlarini va buyumningqopqog’ini  quriting 
hamda buyumni keyingi  foydalanish vaqtigacha olib 

 

qo’ying.

SAQLASH

Bug’da tayyorlash moslamasini quruq, salqin, bolalar yeta 
olmaydigan joyda saqlang.

OZIQ-OVQAT MAHSULOTLARINI TAYYORLASH VAQTI 
VA TAOMNOMALAR

• Oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini tayyorlash vaqti mahsulotlarning 
hajmiga, bug’ idishidagi bo’sh joylarga, ularning yangi ligi 
darajasiga va Sizning ta’mingizga bog’liq.
• Oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini tayyorlash vaqti tagidagi bug’li 
idishga nisbatan ko’rsatilgan, ustki bug’li idishda oziq-
ovqat mahsulotlari uzoqroq, taxminan 5 minut ko’proq 
tayyorlanadi.
• Oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarining hajmi ko’proq yoki kamroq 
bo’lganda oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini tayyorlash vaqtini 
shunga mos oshiring yoki kamaytiring.

SABZAVOTLAR

• Brokkoli karamining qalin poyalarini va gulkaramning qalin 
gul poyasini kesib olib tashlang.
• Yashil bargli sabzavotlarni mumkin qadar qisqa vaqt 
davomida tayyorlang – ular o’z rangini tez yo’qotadi.
• Mahsulotlarni tayyorlashdan keyin tuz va ziravorlarni 
qo’shish lozim.
• Muzlatilgan sabzavotlarni Bug’da tayyorlash moslamasida 
tayyorlashdan avval eritish shart emas.
