Completing the installation
Run DigiUtils Setup a second time
The following instructions will guide you through the final DigiUtils
installation process. DigiUtils Setup will prompt you to choose a directory
in which to install the DigiUtils files and a location for the program icons.
Certain messages appear throughout the process to inform you of
installation progress or errors.
1. Installing the DigiUtils software
1 Close all Windows programs.
2 Insert your DigiSuite CD in your CD-ROM drive, or if your CD is
already inserted, double-click
My Computer
, then double-click
Compact Disc
.
3 From the DigiSuite CD menu, choose
Run DigiUtils Setup
.
4 Follow the instructions that appear on the screen. If your computer
hangs when Setup scans your system for installed cards, restart your
computer and run Setup again.
5 During Setup, you may be prompted to install the DigiSuite Keyboard
Filter Driver. Select
Yes
to install the driver.
2. Setting your Matrox MAX display properties
During the DigiUtils installation, you’ll be prompted to set your Matrox
MAX display properties.
°Important
You must follow these instructions carefully if your system is
to work correctly.
1 After reading the onscreen instructions, click OK to open the Display
Properties dialog box.
2 Under Display , select your Matrox MAX.
