Incoming Printing-Offline
Step 1:
Set the filters as per the need
Step 2:
Give the command to download the Incoming SMDR data.
Various filters can be used to generate a report. These commands enable the user to select the type of calls to
be printed viz. Normal calls, DID calls, Unanswered calls, Long Speech Duration calls. It is also possible to print
the calls with desirable combination like Long Speech Duration calls and DID calls.
It is possible to sort on one or more keys and generate a report.
A summary of the report is printed at the end of each report.
