may cause instability when riding.
-After the installation of rear wheel, please operate
the front brake lever continuously until the pressure
is back to normal
-It is very important to keep the brake discs away
from oil or any fatty materials. Otherwise, the braking
effect would be largely reduced.
Examination of spoke tension
A correct spoke tension is very important for the stability of
the wheels and thus the safety of riding. A loose spoke may
lead to the wheel to become unbalanced and soon after,
other spokes will be loose either. Check the tension of the
spoke, especially on a new motorcycle, at regular intervals.
For checking, tap on each spoke on each spoke with the
blade of a screwdriver. A clear tone must be the result. Dull
tones indicate the spokes are loose. If necessary, please
contact your Shineray dealer to have the spokes tightened
Warning
The loose spokes would tear up if you continue to ride.
This may lead to the unstable performance of the
motorcycle. However, excessively tense spokes would
be damaged due to overloading. So, the tension of
spokes should be adjusted to 5Nm.
Tyre pressure
When you are going to ride your motorcycle to somewhere,
please check your motorcycle tyres, including the factors of
type, condition and pressure, etc.
-The size of the tyre can be found in the technical
specifications sheet.
-Each time before riding, please check the condition of
your motorcycle tyres to make sure there are no any sharp
materials attaching on the tyres.
-Based on the specific regulation on the definition of the
tyre thickness implemented by each countries, we
recommend you to replace your tyres when their
thickness are less than 2mm.
-The tyre pressure should be regularly checked when the
tyres are cold. A normal pressure of the tyre would ensure
a comfortable driving and longer life time of service.
Front tyre
:
80/100-21/280
Rear tyre
:

Warning
-Do not assemble the tyres which are not authorized
by Shineray, or they will compromise the driving
performance
-Both the front and rear tyres should be of the same
thickness.
-For your safety concern, please substitute your tyres.

performance, especially on the wet ground.

abnormal wear out and overheating.
