Caution:

-  Do  not  operate  the  front  brake  lever  when

disassembling the front wheel

-Make  sure  that  the  brake  disc  is  always  laid  face-up

when  lay  down  the  wheel.  Otherwise  the  brake  disc

might be damaged.

To  install  the  front  wheel,  lift  it  into  the  fork  first,  then

position and assemble the axle shaft

Loosen  the  clamp  screws  on  the  right  shock  absorber

slightly. Take the motorcycle down from the stand and press

the front wheel brakes and push down the fork for times to

make the shock absorber come into alignment.

Only after such procedure has been accomplished, tighten

the clamp bolt

1

on both shock absorbers with 15Nm

Warning

-If you find out that there is no maximum torque, please

contact your Shineray dealer to correct and tighten the

torque  as  soon  as  possible.  A  loose  shaft  may  cause

instability when riding.

-After the installation of front wheel, please operate the

front brake lever continuously until the pressure is back

to normal.

-It is very important to keep the brake discs away from

oil or any fatty materials. Otherwise, the braking effect

would be largely reduced

-Tighten the bolt until it reaches the required torque, a

loose  shaft  may  cause  unstable  performance  of  the

motorcycle.

Disassembling and installation of rear wheel

Jack up the motorcycle on its frame so that the rear wheel

can not reach the ground. Remove the nut

1

, and the

chain  tensioner

Take off the chain tensioned from the rear sprocket. Pull

out the wheel axle and remove the rear wheel axle from

the rocking arm carefully.

Caution:

-Do not operate the rear brake after the disassembling

of the rear wheel.

-Make sure that the brake disc is always laid face-up

when lay down the wheel. Otherwise the brake disc

might be damaged.

-If the axle is disassembled, please clean the thread of

the wheel axle and bolts thoroughly and apply a new

coat of grease to prevent the thread from jamming.

The  installation  of  the  rear  wheel  is  in  reverse

procedures. Before tightening the nuts to 80Nm, push

the  rear  wheel  forward  so  that  the  chain  pensioner

would lie on the tension bolts.

Warning

-If  you  find  out  that  there  is  no  maximum  torque,

please  contact  your  Shineray  dealer  to  correct  and
