device to test overload voltage, the stability of the battery.
In addition, this charging device will avoid overcharging of
the battery.
If you find the battery is out of charge when starting the
motorcycle, please charge the battery as soon as possible.
Battery will be damaged if it stands in a status of being
uncharged for a long period.
Warning
-Keep the battery away from burning flame when
charging, or the hydrogen ejecting from the battery
when charging will cause fire.
-Never let your clothes, skin and eyes get touch with the
acid from battery, it may cause burn and blindness. If
such situation happens, please use water to wash
thoroughly. If the acid has splashed into your eyes,
please wash for 5 minutes and then go for medical.
-If the acid splashes on your clothes, it will corrode your
clothes and burn your skin. So, undress the clothes and
then clean up the acid on the clothes.

-To avoid any damage to the battery, when
disassembling the battery, please disconnect the
negative pole first, then the positive pole. When
installing, connect the positive pole first and the
negative pole last. Please avoid the positive pole getting
touch with the motorcycle’s frame.
-When charging, connect the battery before switching
on the charging device. Since the charging is finished,
please switch off the charging device first.
-Please let fresh air in when charging battery in a closed
space, because explosive gas may eject from the battery
during charging.
-If charging time is too long, or the voltage and
amperage are too high, the electrolyte will leak from the
safety valve, which would reduce the capacity of
battery.
- Avoid quick charging as possible as you can..
14. Fuse replace
Close the main power switch, check whether fuse is
broken or not.
·Fuse is in the box near the battery.
·Open the box, separate the fuse, hold both top of the fuse,
then take them out by crossing.
·If the new fuse is broken in short time, it means there are
some problem.
Warning
Please don’t use different type of fuse from the
original one, otherwise it will damage the electrical
system or lights, lower the engine power, even cause
fire.
15. Replace the bulb
·Close the ignition switch before replacing the bulb.
·Do not use the provisions of bulb
·Check the light after install the new bulb.
Warning
Cool the light before maintainance. The light is very
hot and it will ke Do not leave the fingerprint on the
bulb, otherwise it will cause the broken.
