Substitution of the front brake pads
Press the brake caliper towards the brake disc, and put the
brake piston back into its basic position. Remove the clips

and pull out the bolt

. Clean up the brake caliper
and the support with compressed air. Check whether or not
the sleeves of guiding bolts in damaged or not, and grease
the bolts if necessary.
When installing the brake pads, be sure to check whether or
not the sliding metallic sheet

is correctly set up on the
caliper support and in the spring.
Warning
-It is very important to keep the brake discs away from
oil or any fatty materials. Otherwise, the braking effect
would be largely reduced
After installation, please check whether if the circlips
have been fitted correctly
After assembling the braking system, please always
actuate the hand brake lever or foot brake pedal to check
respectively whether or not the pads are properly
installed and pressure point is established.
Correction of initial position of brake pedal
The initial position of the foot brake pedal can be altered
by adjusting the stopping cam. While, the free play at the
foot brake then must be adjusted by means of piston rod

Measuring from outside, the foot brake pedal must have
3-5mm space of free play before the piston rod can move
the piston in the brake pump.( to be recognized from the
resistance on the foot brake pedal)
Warning
If the free play is not sufficient, the pressure may
accumulate in the braking system when riding,
causing the sudden lock down of the rear wheel.
