4.7.2 Revisione gruppo regolazione del ritorno
4.7.2.1 Smontaggio
Spingere indietro la contromolla rispetto alla parte
terminale dell’asta.
Prestando la massima attenzione a non danneggiare le
lamelle, bloccare, in morsa, la parte terminale dell’asta
(25) sfruttando la presa di chiave da 17 mm evitando di
eccedere nel serraggio.
Svitare il dado (34), servendosi di una chiave da 10 mm.
Rimuovere nell’ordine, il dado (34), il distanziale calibrato
(28), la lamella o il pacco di lamelle che regolano l’estensione
(33), la boccola di centraggio lamelle (27), il pistone (32)
completo di segmento (31), la lamella o il pacco di lamelle
di by-pass (30) e la molla (26).

4.7.2 Checking the rebound adjusting unit
4.7.2.1 Dismantling
Push the rebound spring back from the end part of the rod.
Being very careful not to damage the washers, clamp
the end of the rod (25) in the vice, exploiting the 17 mm
spanner’s grip and without over-tightening.
With a 10 mm spanner, unscrew nut (34).
In sequence, remove the nut (34) the calibrated spacer (28),
the washer or the washers’ stack which regulate rebound
(33), the washer centering bush (27), the piston (32)
complete with segment (31), the by-pass washer or by-pass
washers’ stack (30) and the spring (26).
