Install Imager Base
Imager Base user

Unpack and check all parts are included
Install any optical options such as gobos, lens, filters, or a
moving mirror.
Install Imager J-Box and connect it to Imager Base
Choose a location and connect Imager to J-Box
Create data link if using multiple fixtures
Set Imager personalities using the control menus
When DMX control device is used
Connect DMX control device (if used)
Using the control menus, set Imager profile option to “d1”
or “d2” and set the DMX address
Program show, or use live control, with DMX control device page 40
When stand-alone program is used (
not available in software Version 1
)
If optional IR is used:
• Ensure data link not terminated
• If this is the first fixture in the data link, install the
optional IR receiver
• Set fixture IR address
If synchronous triggering of multiple fixtures is to be used,
set triggering options (is the fixture receiving or sending
scene change triggers?)
Create stand-alone program, using:
• MP-2 Upload device, or the
• Optional IR remote control
Run stand alone program
