Check whether the required spacings are also complied with un-
der load. Check dimensions A and D using a test tool in line with
DIN EN 60601-2-52. The test force for dimension A is 250 N.

3. Functionality check of brakes
Depending on the variant, the functionality of the brakes must be
checked in every position. Check whether the brakes of electrical
brake systems fully retract and extend.
4. Functionality check of the lifting motors
Move all lifting motors to their end position and back again. When
doing so, please observe the following points:

Any unusual noises generated
 Synchronism of the lifting motors

Smooth operation of the lifting motors

Correct path of the lifting motors
 Lifting motors must switch off automatically once they
reach the end position
The travel path of the lifting motors may vary depending on the
model variant. If in doubt, please contact our customer service.
