14.3.2 Replace hydraulic unit MPJ 2S | 3S
1 Only replace the hydraulic unit at the same time as an oil change. "Changing
the hydraulic oil on the MPJ 2S | 3S". The hydraulic oil must be drained for
the next steps.
2 Remove the cover (if necessary, mark the air hoses to avoid confusion).
3 Remove the joint of the drain spindle SW17 and then remove the four
screws on the block SW13. The hydraulic block can then be removed.
4 Clean the surface under the hydraulic block and fit the new hydraulic block
in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the O-rings between the pit jack
base plate and the hydraulic unit!
5 Refit the joint and cover and reconnect all air hoses.
