Oscillation
Select on/off, depending whether a stringer bead or oscillated
(weave) pass is to be used.
Travel Step
Index of torch rotation with pulsed current. When turned on, torch
will rotate forward during lower pulse time period, and stop (or
travel at a lower % speed)
HP Travel
Percentage of Low Pulse Travel Speed to be used during High
Pulse Current Time Period (O=OFF)
Wire Step
Index of wire feed with pulsed current. When operational, wire feed
can either be turned off during low pulse, or set to feed at some
lower percentage of high pulse wire speed.
LP Wire
Percentage of High Pulse Wire Speed to be used during Low Pulse
Current Time period (O=OFF)
AGC Step
Arc Gap Control Step Function - Indexes operation with pulsed
current. When off, the Arc Gap Control function will be operational
during both high and low pulse time periods. When on, the Arc
Gap Control function will operate during high pulse, and be
disabled during low pulse time period.
LP Amps
When pulsing, low pulse current (background) is set as a
percentage of high pulse (peak)
Levels for Pass: 6
Using the D-Head, 6 levels are always used in position
programming mode.
10.6
Pass 1, Level 1
Move Cursor and enter values using Encoder. Press Next. Repeat this for each level in a pass.
Amps
Current at each level (using Pulsed Current, this is High Pulse
Current).
Travel
Rotation Speed (in IPM or mmpm).
Wire
Filler Wire Feed Rate (in IPM or mmpm).
AGC
Arc Gap Control - The gap to be maintained between the tip of the
tungsten electrode and the weld puddle.
OAMP
Oscillation Amplitude (weave width) displayed in inches or
millimeters.
