The WaveLAN/EC-S device described in this User’s Guide, is
typically used in combination with Lucent Technologies WaveLAN
IEEE PC Cards, which are based upon Direct Sequence Spread
Spectrum radio technology. When installing this device in
combination with a WaveLAN PC Card, you must consult the
User’s Guide that came with the radio product for additional
regulatory information that may apply.
Lucent Technologies is not responsible for any radio or television
interference caused by unauthorized modification of the devices
included with this IEEE 802.11 WaveLAN Kit, or the substitution or
attachment of connecting cables and equipment other than
specified by Lucent Technologies. The correction of interference
caused by such unauthorized modification, substitution or
attachment will be the responsibility of the user.
