Reverse the removal procedure, but before replacin g the PVC sheeting
and the door trim panel, w i t h the car on its wheels on level ground,
ensure that the door lock and the door handler are functioning
correctly. I f not, adjust the control rods as necessary.
2.
To adjust the locking rod

from the exterior door handle t o the
assembly, disconnect the rod from the exterior door handle and screw
it
i n required (G).

the other rods can be adjusted on their connecting clips
(H, J
K).
REAR
QUARTER LIGHT
TO REMOVE
From inside the engine compartment, remove the two fixing screws
securing the two tobs attached to the inside top of the quarter light.
Carefully the
two tobs through the quarter l i g h t opening while
the top of the quarter out. When the tabs are free of
the opening, l i f t the quarter assembly off the
s i l l
finisher ledge.
