Ventilation
– In winter it is particularly important to ventilate
and air out the caravan. High air humidity
caused by inhaled air, cooking fumes, snow
brought into the caravan and wet clothing must
be able to escape.
– Therefore you should always keep the roof
lights open. To avoid air humidity in the caravan,
we recommend using commercially available
room dehydrators.
Behaviour during storms
Warning!
If the centre of the storm is above the parked
position of your caravan, we recommend that
you:
– disconnect the 230V power supply to the sup-
ply socket;
– wait for the end of the storm in the caravan.
Winter operation
Occupation of the caravan in winter at low tem-
peratures generates condensation water. To en-
sure good room quality and avoid damage to the
caravan, adequate ventilation is very important.
– While the caravan is being heated up, put the
heater on the maximum setting and open the
ceiling cupboards, curtains and blinds. This will
ensure the optimal ventilation and airing.
– Only heat the caravan up with the circulating air
unit switched on.
Warning!
If condensation water should develop despite
these precautions, simply wipe it off.
