Refrigerator
The ventilation grilles on the side of the caravan
should from time to time be checked for penetra-
tion.
The covers supplied should be mounted under the
following conditions:
– when the caravan will not be used for an ex-
tended period;
– in the winter at temperatures under 0ºC;
– before washing the vehicle (see B).
To install cover
Clip cover (B) to the top of the ventilation grille and
secure in position. To do this, turn the two clamps
to the left by 90º with the aid of a coin or a screw-
driver.
The clamp slots must be vertical.
To remove the cover (B), rotate the two clamps by
90º towards the right and take off the cover.
Heater
Heater SL 3002 / SL 5002 / SLP 3002
Operation with SLP heater
– Open cylinder valve and shut-off valve in the
gas supply line.
– Turn control handle (1) to thermostat settings
1-10.
– Press control handle (1) downwards until it is in
position. At the same time, press down the
pressure igniter (2) a number of times rapidly in
succession until the flame is burning.
– Hold down control handle (1) for another 10
seconds so as to override the safety pilot.
– Watch through the viewing window for another
10 seconds to make sure that the flame contin-
ues to burn. If the flame goes out, there is air in
the line. This could be caused by a closed valve
or a change of cylinder.
