Water supply
The fresh water supply can come either from the
fresh water tank or from a town water supply
connection, which is an accessory.
Warning!
Health hazard!
– Only use fresh water from the public water
supply, not from springs or rivers (due to the risk
of impurities or residue).
– In case of doubt, add a disinfectant (available
from camping stores and chemists).
– Do not leave the water in the fresh water tank
over a long period of time without replacing it as
there is a risk of germination!
The following consumers are supplied with water
from the fresh water tank or, if present, from the
town water connection:
– the water tap in the sink unit
– the water tap in the wash area (wash basin)
– the hand shower attachment in the shower and
– flushing for the toilet
Filling up with fresh water
The lockable fresh water filler opening is located
on the vehicle side panel.
To open the filler opening
– Turn the key in the cap 180º towards the left.
– Press in the cap (1), and at the same time turn it
towards the left, then take out.
Prior to filling up it is necessary to ensure that it is
not possible for any fresh water in the system to
escape.
Depending on the model, water is supplied in the
caravan from a fixed tank located in the bed or
seat box. The immersion pump installed in the wa-
ter tank is controlled through electrically powered
water taps in the sink unit and wash basin.
