If you leave the drawer
open for more than two
minutes it will close
automatically to protect
the disc from dust.

To close the drawer
●
Press gently on the front of the drawer.
The display will briefly show:
The disc will then start playing.
The display shows the number of the
first track and index:
If the track is HDCD encoded the HDCD indicator will be lit.
To stop the disc playing
● Press once on the drawer.
The display will change to show the
number of tracks on the disc:
●
Press again on the drawer to start the disc playing again.
To remove the disc
●
Press and hold the drawer until you hear the click of the drawer interlock.
You can do this whether or not a disc is playing.
The drawer will then open, and you can remove the disc.

Press again on the drawer to close it.

discs as soon as they are
inserted you can turn the
auto play feature off; see
User options, page 24.
