To replay a macro

Press the MACRO handset control key followed by the numeric control
key 0 to 9 corresponding to the macro you want to replay.
The MACRO indicator will flash rapidly as the commands recorded in the
macro are transmitted, and then turn off at the end of the sequence.
E x a m p l e s o f m a c ro s
The following examples show typical sequences of commands for operating
typical equipment. Note that the precise sequences of key presses you
need for your own equipment may be different.
To interrupt a CD for the news
To interrupt the CD and select TV channel 1:

Press CD , PAUSE , TV (held for 1 second), 1 .
To resume playing the CD after the news:
●
Press CD (held for 1 second), PLAY .
To select a favourite track on the CD player
To select track 12 on the KARIK CD player:
●
Press CD (held for one second), 1 (held for 1 second), 2 .
To turn on the teletext subtitles on the TV
To select page 888 of teletext on channel 3 of the TV:
●
Press TV (held for 1 second), 3 , TEXT , MACRO (delay before next
command), 8 , 8 , 8 .
