UInt16 -
This command allows writing the X6 interface outputs with a write mask through the motion
command interface. To write an output, the corresponding bit in the mask must be set. Bit 0
is mapped to output X6.9, bit 1 to output X6.22 etc.

008xh: Clear Event Evaluation
UInt16 -
This command resets the event handler. The event handler becomes active, if a motion
command has been sent, that does not immediately start, but waits with its execution until
other conditions are fulfilled (e.g. command 'VAI Go To Pos On Rising Trigger Event'). The
bit 8 of the status word shows, if the event handler is active.
Once the event handler becomes active, it remains active, until it is deactivated with this
clear command. As long the event handler is active, the command to be executed on the
event situation will be restarted each time the event condition is fulfilled.

This command can be used, if the master system knows the home position without going to
the home state in the state machine. The passed value of the home position is stored in the
RAM value of the parameter Home Position (UPID 13C7h), then the corresponding value of
the parameter Slider Home Position (UPID 13CAh) is calculated and stored in the RAM
value. Then a homing at actual position is done without going into the homing state.
