Device control (DCTRL)
This chapter provides information on internal device control as well as the device
commands which can be executed via the subcodes of
C00002
.
The device control causes the controller to take defined device statuses.
The device control provides a multitude of status information in many ways:
– Visually via the
LED status displays
on the front of the controller.

– As text messages in the
Logbook
.

– As process signals via the outputs of the
LS_DriveInterface
system block.

– Via diagnostic / display parameters which are included in the »Engineer« parameter
list as well as in the
Diagnostics
category in the keypad.
Note!
The device statuses of the controller are based on the operating statuses of the
CiA402 standard.
