Power Assist System (PAS)
Your bicycle electric drive system is operated by the Power Assist
System. The system consists of a sensor at the pedals sending
impulses to the engine. When the pedals are turned forward, the
electric drive system from the engine is activated. The engine runs
almost silently and sounds like low-frequency noise at the start.
The system is adapted to the EU law, i.e. that the electric drive
“ deflects ” when you are riding at 15 mp/h. You can ride faster, but
without electric drive.

Contact brakes
Your hand brakes are fitted with a safety switch that automatically
shuts off the electric system when engaged. When the brakes are
tapped, the electric drive system will not function.
