Charging steps
1
Plug the charger into a 110/220 Volt (country dependent)
household socket.
2
Connect the extension power cord to charge unit.
3
Plug the AC power plug into the AC outlet.
4
Connect the DC plug into the charging socket of the battery.
The battery starts charging automatically. You can charge the
battery off or fitted directly to the bicycle.
Daily charging
The battery need NOT be empty before charging. However,
it is a good idea to charge the battery regardless of length of ride.
It will keep the battery in good condition if you follow the
instructions above.
Battery maintenance
The battery is maintenance free and should be charged often.
Battery performance will be affected by storing or usage in extreme
weather conditions. Do not expose batteries to freezing and high
temperature areas, for example, garage, and keep them at room
temperature during periods when the bicycle/battery is not in use.
It prolongs battery life considerably.
Speed
Check the engines electric drive system and bicycle speed via the
accelerator on the left side of the handlebars.
